For over 12 years, I’ve been dedicated to guiding clients on their personal journeys toward better health, helping them feel empowered and confident in their choices and to perform at their very best locally and professionally.

I specialize in crafting personalized nutrition strategies that work for active individuals looking to perform their best, as well as those seeking to improve their overall well-being and lead healthier, more balanced lives.

Michelle is the best in the business. Weight loss, performance, habit building or accountability - you name it she has a way to get you where you want to be. I walk away feeling bitter sweet because I enjoyed working with her so much but am also so excited to feel confident and secure enough to continue applying what I’ve learnt to my daily life. Michelle has helped me be confident in choosing nutrition that suits both my body composition goals and performance goals. She has helped me see beyond the scales and realise that growth and success doesn’t always mean having the smallest clothing size, but is about how you feel in yourself, my relationship with food and finding joy in movement and exercise that suits my life style. I value and appreciate Michelle so much and am grateful for her patience and knowledge while I worked with her for over 12 months with various goals and a busy life. Honestly am so happy with the results I achieved with her and t knowing that I can refer to her lessons and guidance throughout my life. No longer am I looking for diets but rather have a lifestyle that is healthy and life long.  I was able to drop over 15kg working with Michelle, and complete a 15km race with my best performance and pace times. I’m honestly in awe of how easy it was to consistently tick of goals with her !
