Welcome to Michelle Reeves Performance Nutrition. Before beginning your journey, please review the following important terms and conditions that govern all training and nutrition services provided by Michelle Reeves.
1. Assumption of Risk
By engaging in any training, nutrition, or coaching services provided by Michelle Reeves, you acknowledge and accept that physical activity and dietary changes carry inherent risks. These may include (but are not limited to) injury, strain, falls, adverse health reactions, or, in rare cases, serious harm. You voluntarily accept full responsibility for these risks and any consequences that may arise.
2. Release of Liability
In consideration of participating in our programs, you release Michelle Reeves and all affiliated staff, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities, including those arising from negligence, personal injury, or loss resulting from your participation.
3. Payments & Cancellation Policy

All services require an initial setup fee to be paid before commencing.

Payments are processed via direct debit.

There is a 12-week minimum commitment. Early cancellation requires full payment of the remaining amount.

After the 12 weeks, services continue week-by-week unless you choose to cancel.

Cancellations must be communicated via phone call or text during business hours.

Payments are non-refundable, except in special circumstances at Michelle Reeves’ sole discretion.
4. Photography & Media Consent
You may be photographed or recorded during sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant Michelle Reeves the right to use these images or videos across digital platforms. You agree not to share these materials with competitors or other health/fitness providers.
5. Indemnity
You agree to take full responsibility for your conduct and decisions during your time in the program. You also agree to indemnify Michelle Reeves from any liability arising from injuries or damages caused by your actions, negligence, or misuse of advice provided.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes or claims will be handled in accordance with Victorian law.
7. Agreement to Terms
By participating in Michelle Reeves’ services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted these terms. You acknowledge this agreement is entered into freely, and that you assume full responsibility for your involvement.
