At Michelle Reeves Performance Nutrition, we are committed to delivering a high standard of service, support, and results. Our programs are structured, intensive, and require mutual commitment. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any service.
1. General Policy
All payments made for coaching, nutrition services, programs, and digital products are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
2. Coaching & Nutrition Programs
Due to the high-touch nature of our services and the upfront commitment of time, strategy, and resources:

There is a minimum 12-week commitment for coaching packages.

Payments made toward coaching programs are non-refundable, regardless of participation level or results.

If you choose to discontinue before the end of your 12-week commitment, the full remaining balance is still payable.
3. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

If you miss or cancel a session without notice, it may be forfeited at Michelle Reeves’ discretion.

If you need to reschedule, 24 hours' notice is required. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
4. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
Due to the instant access nature of downloadable products (such as recipe books, guides, or meal plans), no refunds or exchanges are provided once the product has been delivered.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In rare or extreme circumstances (such as medical emergencies), Michelle Reeves may review your situation and provide a partial credit or deferment at her sole discretion. Proof may be required.
6. Disputes & Support
If you believe a payment was made in error or you have a concern regarding your service, please reach out promptly at [insert email address] so we can work toward a fair resolution.
7. Your Agreement
By enrolling in any program or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.
